Why It`s Critical To Do An End Of Year Review (2017)

This is my ‘end of year review of business activity – December 2017.  For me it`s a critical action to take.  I intend this review to be a highly positive and searching activity, one which sets me up for massive future success.

Below is my new Business Overview statement. This ‘umbrella statement’ also has accompanying Vision, Goals and Strategic action statements.

• It`s my statement on beliefs, values and more.
• This has a life of 12 weeks, then reviewed over one week.
• The sequence continues as an active document over the next 12 week period.
• The process is repeated.

While this is my review overview summary statement and fits my needs for me at this time, it is intended as an example only. It hopefully is something that can be of value to you.

My ‘umbrella statement’ …

Who is Rob Ryan? … Entrepreneur, Educator, Teacher, Life Coach, Small Business Owner, Business Opportunity advisor – practical and creative ideas promoter.

I will only promote cutting-edge innovative and simple to use software, for use by business entrepreneurs.

Our software is aimed at…

• enhancing business growth,
• growing business sales and
• increasing profit returns.

I promote very few softwares and not ‘the shiny object type’!   (See below for any current softwares we promote)

 

 

My values – respect, honesty, trust, equity, inclusion, open and transparent living, strong personal relationship advocate.

I live in South Australia, just outside of the capital, Adelaide. Interests include health – mind matters, physical, spiritual, quality food – best relaxation, rest and sleep. And Organic foods, physical fitness, clean environment – cats and dogs, theatre and TV – quality only!

I strive to keep my life simple, time abundant and value laden. I have daily intentions to be better each day. Success? I strive to be! And I do muck up!!!

About Business:   I help people how to identify ‘the best quality clients’, and how to use cutting edge tools which grow, expand and promote their businesses, promote products and services.

About learning:   I`m passionate about quality teaching and learning. I teach part time (7 to 13 year olds) … “Let`s start early with teachings about neuroscience, emotional literacy, visioning, goal setting, thinking skills, entrepreneurship … key skills that are essential for today and for tomorrow”!
